Partner Onboarding Specialist- Full Time
Position Description Overview
The Partner Onboarding Specialist, is responsible for working specifically with our newest partners to introduce them to our systems and fully train them to maximize their success and our investment. In this role, the focus will be to lay the foundation for a prosperous business relationship and make sure the partner knows how to use the tools Bold Integrated Payments offers.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for proactively educating, training and onboarding new partners that sign with Bold Integrated Payments
- Learn the goals and objectives of new partners and translate those needs into a tailored implementation and onboarding experience
- Host webinars on new features and all elements of platforms and boarding opportunities
- Advocate internally for partners for feature improvements that solve partners’ business challenges
- Maintain an acceptable CSAT rating
- Work with the Partner Success Manager throughout the onboarding experience
- Transition to Partner Relationship Management team once onboarding experience is complete for PRM team to support for remaining life cycle of partner
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in merchant services, customer/partner success, account/relationship management, inside sales, or customer service
- Embody a helping approach and a customer service demeanor
- Comfortable with learning new technologies and solutions
- A self-starter, but also a strong team player, with excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Outgoing personality with strong relationship skills
- A passion for mid-market sized businesses, CRM and most importantly for teaching / coaching / helping customers and sharing knowledge
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once
- A quick learner, even quicker thinker.
