From restaurant server to fintech visionary, Tyler’s journey is all about turning passion into purpose. With nearly 20 years of experience in the payment processing industry, he founded Bold in 2017 with a clear mission: to combine cutting-edge POS technology with unparalleled local support.
A two-time winner of the RSPA Forty Under 40 award in 2023 and 2024, a guest judge and mentor on the business competition reality show The Blox, and a past member of the RSPA Board of Directors, Tyler is a recognized POS leader and innovator in the restaurant technology space. His big-picture thinking and down-to-earth approach inspire his team to deliver exceptional solutions that make a real difference for restaurants.
GARY
Founder, Chief Industry Officer
Gary has spent more than 25 years inside the POS and payments industry, and that depth is exactly what he brings to Bold every day. As co-founder of HotSauce POS and the architect behind BOLD Integrated Payments, he’s seen the channel evolve from every angle. In his role as Chief Industry Officer, Gary is the company’s go-to authority on where POS and payments are heading and why it matters for partners and restaurants alike. He works closely with the executive team to translate that perspective into systems, programs, and decisions that keep Bold grounded in industry reality.
PATTY
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Patty helps keep Bold moving forward. She leads day-to-day operations, sits on the Executive Team, and guides the Leadership Team in turning strategy into action. With responsibility for overall P&L management, operational performance, and the systems that support the business, Patty is focused on creating alignment, improving efficiency, and clearing barriers that get in the way. Her work helps ensure Bold can scale with intention while delivering a better experience for both partners and clients.
JESSE
Chief Transformation Officer
Jesse is Bold’s Chief Transformation Officer, helping drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the business. As a member of the Leadership Team, he provides operational leadership for the CRM and Risk team while serving as a trusted subject matter expert across the company. Jesse is focused on strengthening systems, supporting complex problem-solving, and helping teams navigate change with clarity, consistency, and forward momentum.
JAMES
Senior VP of Services
James leads the teams and systems that keep Bold’s partners and clients supported across every stage of the relationship. As Senior Vice President of Customer Service & Support, he oversees Services, Support, and the centralized Learning & Development function he’s been building from the ground up. James brings structure, accountability, and clarity to onboarding, performance, and enablement. The result is a more aligned operation, more consistent training, and a noticeably better experience for the partners and clients who count on Bold every day.
COLETTE
VP of GTM Strategy & Growth
Colette has spent more than 25 years in partner management and channel development, and she puts every bit of it to work as VP of GTM Strategy & Growth. She leads Bold’s GTM, Direct, Revenue Operations, and Client Enablement functions, sets the bar for service expectations across her organization, and serves as the senior escalation point when partners need someone to make things right. Colette’s strength is creating the kind of mutually beneficial relationships that make growth feel sustainable rather than forced. Partners know her as a steady advocate who follows through.

VP of Marketing
Chris is Bold’s Vice President of Marketing, leading the strategy and storytelling that shape how the brand shows up in the market. With deep experience across restaurant technology, he helps connect product value, partner needs, and company vision in ways that are clear, practical, and growth-focused. Chris is focused on building stronger messaging, driving alignment across teams, and supporting the partners and clients who power Bold’s success. His approach blends sharp commercial instincts with a genuine respect for the people doing the work, whether that’s a partner running a sales call or an operator finishing a Friday night close.

Director of Strategic Growth
Dan leads Strategic Growth at Bold, building success plans with assigned partners and keeping accounts moving in the right direction. A “Circle of Excellence” winner in his first full year with the company, Dan has earned a reputation for showing up consistently, doing what he says, and treating partner relationships like long-term investments. He’s based in Oklahoma and brings a grounded, no-shortcuts approach to a job where trust is everything. If a partner needs a real conversation about growth, Dan is the kind of person you want on the other end of it.
